Australian Consumer Law & Guarantees
Nexovibe operates in Australia and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our services are delivered with due care and skill and fit for purpose. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-performance or refund.
- Services are provided by qualified practitioners using hygienic techniques.
- Claims related to service quality should be raised within a reasonable time to allow investigation.
- We do not exclude consumer guarantees where not permitted by law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To keep our schedule fair for all clients we request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or ***-shows may incur a fee up to the cost of the booked treatment.
If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, contact us promptly. We will assess the situation and may offer a re-performance, partial or full refund in accordance with ACL.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about a service, please provide details below. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and aim to resolve your complaint within 15 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, external dispute resolution options are listed below.

- Step 2: We investigate, may request further information, and propose a remedy.
- Step 3: If unresolved, you can contact the NSW Fair Trading / ACCC or an appropriate industry Ombudsman.
